Refund policy
At Solo Yo, customer satisfaction is our priority.
We accept returns within 2 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- The product must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-returnable items:
- Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
- Items without original packaging
Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you
- Approved refunds will be processed within 2–3 business days
- Refunds will be issued via original payment method or bank transfer
Return Shipping:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless item is defective)
